To use our investment services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old. • Reside in the Argentine Republic or have a valid CUIT/CUIL. • Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. • Comply with identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering procedures required by current regulations.

All investments carry risks. Captrionis does not guarantee returns or recovery of invested capital. The main risks include: • Delays or defaults in the execution of real estate projects. • Variations in the real estate market and general economic conditions. • Liquidity risk: investments cannot be withdrawn before project completion. • Regulatory risk: changes in regulations that may affect service conditions. Each investor is responsible for evaluating their own risk tolerance and financial situation before investing.

As a platform user, you agree to: • Use the website and services exclusively for lawful purposes. • Not engage in activities that could damage, disable, or affect the platform's operation. • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials. • Immediately notify Captrionis of any unauthorized use of your account. • Not transfer your account or investment rights to third parties without prior authorization.

All website content, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Captrionis S.A. or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic. Its reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

Captrionis shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure. • Investment losses resulting from real estate market conditions. • Actions or omissions of real estate developers associated with the projects. Our liability is limited to the amount effectively invested by the user on the platform.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Commercial Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Captrionis reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after the publication of modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
